Once the assessment creates buy-in with the senior management team about the few changes to be done and the potential benefits of making the change, it becomes easier for the senior management to decide on the next step of Adoption.
Yagna deploys a Team of Resultants that works closely with the Client with the skin-in-the-game approach and hand-hold the implementation till the desired results are achieved.
I AM YOUR TOC CONSULTANT
When you work with Yagna, you work with me: a Yagna Resultant. It’s my role to help implement the key injections (solution elements) that were identified in the Assessment.
In doing so I help build and supervise the necessary systems and processes required for the successful and sustainable implementation of TOC, so your company can effectively manage bottlenecks and can get on with producing and delivering great products and projects on time in full.
I AM YOUR TRAINER
As your designated consultant, I will work with your core team and middle management and train them to work in a TOC, through a put-driven environment.
will take personal responsibility for the up-skilling and ongoing coaching of team members in understanding and applying TOC principles within and throughout the organisation.

Though Yagna strongly believes that every company has the potential to earn much more throughput from the existing investment but still it necessarily insists on conducting assessments before embarking on the TOC Implementation journey.
It not only creates a buy-in on the problems and the direction of the solution but also confirms that there is a good enough business case for both the parties to move to the next step of Adoption.
